Pivit is a 90's punk band from San Diego CA. The band had it's origins in the early 90's as bands like Pennywise, Bad Religion, NOFX, and Green Day were making names for themselves.Enamored with the music and the lifestyle, singer Chris Moore, along with former guitarist Eric Sisson set out to form a punk band of their own. In late 1994 Pivit found some traction with the addition of bassist Micah Albao and drummer Mark McLemore; they then quickly set out learning some of their favorite bands tunes and embarking on writing their own music as well.
